The following outlines the terms under which Verse Medical Aesthetics provides services to clients. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please ensure you have reviewed them carefully before confirming any appointments.
Appointments
A deposit of £25 is required to secure an appointment. Provided that our cancellation policies are followed (see Cancellation Policy), this amount will be credited toward your treatment cost.
Pre-treatment instructions may be provided ahead of your appointment. Following these guidelines is essential to avoid potential cancellations, reduced treatment times, or additional fees.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or changes (within 48 hours of the appointment) will result in the loss of your deposit. (See Cancellation Policy for details.)
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late arrivals may lead to a reduction in treatment time, or the need to reschedule your appointment, potentially incurring additional charges.
If you have booked a treatment package or course, missing an appointment without notice may result in the loss of that session without a refund.
While we make every effort to ensure appointments run on time, unexpected changes may sometimes occur. If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will notify you promptly and arrange a new time at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure all clients have fair access to appointments.
Please inform us of cancellations or requests to reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can contact us directly or make changes via the booking confirmation email.
Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Failure to attend without notifying us will lead to a charge equivalent to the full treatment cost, and any missed sessions within a treatment package will not be refunded.
Pricing and Payments
Treatment prices are available on our website and are indicative. Actual pricing will be confirmed during your consultation based on your individual needs.
Treatment quotes provided during consultations are valid for up to 30 days.
Payments are preferably made via card or contactless payment methods.
Packages and Treatment Courses
Full payment for any package or treatment course is required either before or during the first session.
All treatments in a course must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Unused treatments beyond this time will expire and cannot be refunded.
Refunds for packages or courses are only provided if a medical condition arises that makes the treatment unsuitable.
Missed appointments for course treatments will result in the loss of the session, with no refunds provided.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to a consultation to determine suitability. Verse Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or skin condition.
Clients are required to complete a medical history form before their first treatment, which will be reviewed during the consultation.
Treatment results can vary depending on individual factors, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Consent forms must be completed and signed before each treatment.
Clients must ensure they provide accurate and updated medical history and medication details before treatment.
We do not provide treatment to clients under 18, those who are pregnant, or those breastfeeding.
Client Information
We require certain information (name, address, phone number, and email) to secure appointments. All information is handled in line with data protection regulations.
Personal details will not be shared with third parties without your consent, and you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Liability
Verse Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for any economic losses (such as profit loss) or other indirect damages that may result from the treatments, products, or services we provide.
All clients must sign relevant consent forms before treatments, without which treatment cannot proceed.
It is the responsibility of the client to disclose accurate medical history and medication details. Failure to do so absolves Verse Medical Aesthetics from any related consequences.
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions we provide. Any issues arising from not following this guidance will not be covered by Verse Medical Aesthetics.
Complaints Process
We aim to provide every client with professional and compassionate service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience at Verse Medical Aesthetics, you may lodge a formal complaint in writing.
Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours.
If the complaint is related to treatment, you may be required to attend an in-person assessment with our practitioner to resolve the matter. A resolution will not be possible without this assessment.
